Director/PDMR Shareholding
Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of wireless, Internet-of-Things (IoT) based solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets, has received notification from Igor Vatenmacher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that on 25 May 2021 he purchased 750,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.85p per share. Igor Vatenmacher now holds 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
