Director Declaration
Starcom (AIM: STAR) announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g), Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following disclosures which were inadvertently omitted from the Company's Admission Document dated 19 February 2013 in relation to Michael Rosenberg, the Company's Chairman:
In March 2004, he resigned as a director of E-Daily Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales which was put into compulsory liquidation in November 2004 and was dissolved in November 2006.
In December 2003, he resigned as a director of Kioskpoint Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales which was put into administration in March 2004 and was dissolved in December 2004.
He was a director of Scintronix Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland, to which a receiver was appointed in 1988 and which was dissolved in June 2006.
