Redemption of U.S.$1,250,000,000 2.744 per cent. Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") issued by Standard Chartered PLC ("SCPLC")ISIN: XS2051669476 and US853254BQ20
SCPLC has today given notice in accordance with the Final Terms dated 5 September 2019 relating to the Notes (the "Final Terms") that, on 10 September 2021, it will redeem the U.S.$1,250,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding Notes in accordance with the Final Terms.
