Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, following the admission to trading of 100,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each today, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,849,389 ordinary shares of 10p each, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
