Award of Options

Staffline, the Staffing and Employability organisation, providing people and operational expertise to industry, wishes to announce that on 17th June 2016, 100,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted to Chris Pullen, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company. These share options are exercisable at 991.5 pence per share provided that Diluted Underlying EPS for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 is equal to or greater than 115.5 pence. The earliest vesting date is 16th June 2019.

* Underlying adjusts for amortisation of acquired intangibles, share based payment charge, transaction costs and reorganisation costs including tax effect
