Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it has been notified that on 17 August 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold and repurchased an aggregate 13,646 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 45.8p per Ordinary Share respectively, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest remains unchanged at 28,359,478 Ordinary Shares.
