Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 40,361 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been issued in respect of the exercise of options pursuant to an employee share option scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 30 May 2008.
