Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 25 March 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director, purchased 670,870 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.82p per Ordinary Share.
The Company has also been notified that on 25 March 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited transferred 217,011 Ordinary Shares between underlying private clients through an on market sale and purchase at a price of 64.0p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65.18p per Ordinary Share by Henry Spain Investment Services Limited on 22 March 2022 and disclosed by the Company on 23 March 2022, the Company has been notified that 100,000 of the 500,000 Ordinary Shares purchased have been allocated to Thomas Spain personally.
Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares, of which Thomas Spain has a personal beneficial interest in 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares.
