STAFFLINE GROUP PLC
("Staffline" or "the Company")
Vesting and Sale of interests in 2013 Joint Share Ownership Plan ("JSOP")
Staffline, the Recruitment and Training group announces today that, in relation to its 2013 JSOP, all earnings per share and total shareholder return targets have been met in full and that on 30 June 2018, 1,175,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("JSOP Shares") vested.
The JSOP rules require that that the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") sell all vested JSOP Shares for the benefit of the plan participant. Accordingly, the EBT has sold JSOP Shares for the benefit of the following Directors and PDMR's:

Following the sale, the number of shares held by Staffline's EBT is 1,140,400 ordinary shares, or 4.08% of the 27,944,389 ordinary shares in issue.
