Management changes
The Board of Range wishes to advise that Mr Yan Liu, has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer and Trinidad General Manager, effective 31 January 2016. Mr Liu will remain on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director to provide his valuable expertise and knowledge of Trinidad operations to the Board.
Mr Lijun Xiu, the Company's Trinidad Deputy General Manager has been appointed as Trinidad General Manager, effective immediately. The Board will consider a replacement for Chief Executive Officer as appropriate. In the meantime, Mr Liu's duties have been allocated amongst the senior management team.
