Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 Range Resources Limited ("the Company") advises that on 18 December 2007 one of its Directors, Mr Marcus Edwards-Jones, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares through the market at ‚£0.225 each. Subsequent to the sale Mr Edwards-Jones' interest in the Company is 600,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares and 750,000 Partly Paid Shares.
