Lind Financing Update
Range advises further to the Company's announcement on 27 July 2015, the Court of Appeal's orders extend the deadline for payment relating to the Lind Asset Management, LLC ("Lind") financing until 7 days after determination of the appeal. The appeal is listed to be heard on 10 September 2015.Β As previously announced, Range has made a payment of US$5 million to Lind without prejudice to its contentions in the appeal. Β
The Company will continue to update shareholders upon further developments.
