CODASciSys PLC13 September 2006 13 September 2006 CODASciSys plc NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS CODASciSys plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended30 June, 2006 on Monday 25 September, 2006. An analyst presentation is scheduled for 12.15pm that day at Tower 42, Old BroadStreet, London EC2. On 4 July 2006, CODASciSys announced the proposed demerger of the Company's CODAand Business Collaborator Divisions from CODASciSys, following which CODASciSyswill be renamed SciSys plc. The demerger is expected to take effect on Tuesday 26 September, the dayfollowing the announcement of the interim results, with separate dealings inCODA shares expected to commence on AIM from 8.00am on 26 September. The changeof CODASciSys' name to SciSys plc is conditional upon admission to trading onAIM of new ordinary shares in CODA plc. The change of name to SciSys plc istherefore expected to become legally effective during the 26 September 2006 andto become effective on trading platforms on 27 September 2006. The new Stock Codes for CODA plc and SciSys plc will be CODA and SSYrespectively.
