SciSys PLC06 December 2006 6 DECEMBER 2006 SCISYS PLC (SSY: AIM) APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR SciSys Plc ("SciSys"), a leading supplier of bespoke software systems andsolutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new finance director. Christopher Andrew Cheetham (aged 47) has been appointed as Finance Directorwith effect from 1 January 2007. Mr Cheetham served as FD of Civica, formerlyFlare Software Systems, from August 2003 to date, and prior to that has held anumber of FD positions within software companies in the South West. Mr Cheethamis a qualified accountant and a graduate of Cambridge University with a degreein engineering. There are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2 paragraph(g) of the AIM Rules.
