Director Disclosures
Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, makes the following disclosures pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 14 February 2019, Cloverdale Estates Limited, a company that Larry Lipman, Chairman of Safestay, was a director of between 14 February 2005 and 11 January 2019 entered into a creditor's voluntary liquidation.
Globelink Language Solutions Limited, a company that Stephen Moss, a Non-Executive Director of Safestay, was a director of from 14 December 2007 was dissolved via a creditor's voluntary liquidation on 15 December 2017. Mr Moss has also been a director of Bonnetts Properties LLP since 21 November 2002. Mr Moss was a director of Calluma Limited from 2009, which was dissolved via a compulsory strike-off on 10 March 2015. Mr Moss was also a director of the West London Synagogue of British Jews between 2011 and 2018.
Paul Cummins, Non-Executive Director of Safestay, has been a director of The POD Pte Limited since 22 September 2017. This was incorrectly disclosed in his appointment announcement dated 13 September 2018 as 'The Pod Singapore Limited'. Mr Cummins has also been a director of Pacific Jade Holdings Ltd since 1 September 2009.
Hervé Deligny has held a director position at St Andrew Square Hotel Limited (previously B & L ACCOR 3 LIMITED), between 1 June 2006 and 25 July 2014. This was not disclosed at the time of his board appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Safestay on 10 August 2018.
Anson Chan, Non-Executive Director of Safestay, has been a director of Chung Hsi Industry Co Ltd (transliterated from 仲熹實業股份有限公司) since 25 March 2011, Chung Ching Industry Co Ltd (transliterated from 仲青實業股份有限公司) since 12 October 2017 and Beijing Guangyao Hotel Management Co Ltd (transliterated from 北京光耀酒店管理有限公司) since 8 August 2005. These positions were not disclosed at the time of his board appointment on 6 December 2017.
