Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement on 25 March 2020 of the successful completion of the placing of new ordinary shares (the "Placing") and the related subscription for new ordinary shares by certain directors and members of the senior management team of the Company (the "Subscription"), as part of the Placing and Subscription, 86,499,459 new ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each (Ordinary Shares) in the capital of the Company were issued on 27 March 2020.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company announces that the issued share capital of the Company consists of 533,856,044 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury), all of which have voting rights. The Company also holds 263,499 Ordinary Shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.

This figure of 533,856,044 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
