Director Share Purchase
The Company has been notified that Geert Verellen, Group CFO (being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), has purchased 41,006 ordinary shares of 117/200 pence in the capital of the Company on 11 December 2025.
Further details are set out in the PDMR form below, which are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
