Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 30 November 2025, its issued share capital consists of 793,740,794 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each with voting rights.

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 793,740,794.

This figure of 793,740,794 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

On 27th and 28th November 2025, the Company purchased a total of 436,917 shares for cancellation. Following settlement of these purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue, and total number of voting rights in the Company, will be 793,303,877.
