Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Further to the Company's announcement on 4 June 2020 of the successful completion of the placing of new ordinary shares (the "Placing") and the related subscription for new ordinary shares by certain directors and members of the senior management team of the Company (the "Subscription"), the Company announces that as part of the Subscription, 26,744 new ordinary shares were issued to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company as follows:
