Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company was notified on 19 May 2016 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the nominee of the Company's International Share Incentive Plan ("ISIP"), that on 16 May 2016 the person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the ISIP at a price of £2.943 per Share and was also given a right to acquire Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Awards element of the ISIP.
The number of Partnership Shares purchased and Matching Awards awarded under the terms of the ISIP are as follows:
