In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Sue Inglis was appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust PLC on 18 October 2021. ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust PLC was admitted to trading on the Premium Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 14 December 2021.
