Final Dividend Timetable
SSE announces its timetable in relation to the final dividend of 66.3 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2018. The renewal of the Scrip Dividend Scheme is being proposed to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 19 July 2018, and subject to approval, the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in relation to the final dividend of 66.3 pence per ordinary share in accordance with the timetable below.

Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme can join online via www.sse-shares.com by no later than 23 August 2018.
Shareholders holding shares in certificated form who wish to withdraw from the Scrip Dividend Scheme can do so online via www.sse-shares.com or by written request to Capita Asset Services so as to arrive no later than 23 August 2018.
Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should consult their CREST sponsors as appropriate.
