Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or "the Company") confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 has been sent to shareholders today and copies are available from the Company's registered office at Wireless House, Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton, Bath BA3 4BS and can also be downloaded from the Company's website www.softwarerad.com.
Notice is also given that the annual general meeting of SRT will be held at 11.00 a.m. at the Company's registered office on 13 August 2009.
