AGM & Investor Presentation, Wednesday 22 September 2021 - live web streaming and change of location

The Company announces that the AGM and Company Presentation taking place on Wednesday 22 September 2021 at SRT's offices in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, shareholders are invited to attend in person, but to accommodate those who cannot, the event will also be live streamed to the internet enabling those who cannot attend to view the proceedings live from any internet connected device. The live video stream will commence from 11:00am.

The entire event will be videoed live with the unedited feed streamed to a web portal where shareholders and other potential investors can watch and anonymously ask questions using a texting tool on the web viewing portal.

To attend this event and participate in the discussion, please follow the steps below:

1. A few minutes before the event is due to start navigate to www.srt-marine.com/news

2. Scroll to the bottom of this page to the INVESTOR WEBCAST section.

3. Click on the link '22 September 2021' and you will be directed to a simple registration page. Once completed this will give you immediate access to the live AGM via a one way video link (you will be able to see and hear us but we, nor anyone else, cannot see or hear you)

4. During the event you may submit questions using the "ask a question" text box on your viewing page. Simply type your question and these are immediately displayed to Simon to answer live. Please note that your questions and any other personal details are not publicly displayed, logged or disclosed. You can of course submit a question prior to the event using investor@srt-marine.com

The Company also announces that the AGM and in person presentation will also now be held at the Company's offices as opposed to the Centurion Hotel as previously communicated. This aligns the investor open day, AGM and presentation all to a single location at Wireless House, Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton.
