NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
The Company notifies the following changes in the interests in the ordinary shares of 2p each (Shares) of PDMRs, arising from awards granted pursuant to the Equity Settled Bonus Plan (Share Awards) on 28 March 2024 at a price of £1.8824 being the average closing price of the Shares over the five Dealing Days prior to the date of grant.
