NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
The Company notifies the following changes in interests in the ordinary shares of 2p each (Shares) of a PDMR, arising as a result of a vesting from the Long-Term Incentive Plan that was granted on 6 September 2023 (Recruitment Awards). The vesting price was £2.2369 per Share.
