Serco Group plc (the Company)
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
RNS 1040K has been amended.
There was a transposition error for some of the transactions relating to Anthony Kirby. Amendments are identified with an asterisk (*).
The Company notifies the following changes in the interests in the ordinary shares of 2p each (Shares) of PDMRs, arising pursuant to the Deferred Bonus Plan and the Long-Term Incentive Plan (Share Awards) as follows:
(i) grants on 5 April 2024 in connection with the voluntary deferral of a proportion of 2023 annual bonus (Investment Shares) at a price of £1.853989 per Share; and matching Share Awards made on 8 April 2024 at a similar price per Share as the Investment Shares;
(ii) grants on 8 April 2024 at a price of £1.8752 per Share, being the average closing price of the Shares over the five Dealing Days prior to the date of grant; and
