Broker Update
The Company announces that, following the appointment of Peterhouse Capital Limited as Broker to the Company on 4 November 2019, Beaumont Cornish Limited ("BCL") ceases to act as Joint Broker with effect from today although remains the Company's Nominated Adviser. BCL was appointed as the Company's Broker on 5 August 2019 following the decision by the directors of SVS Securities plc ("SVS") to place SVS into Special Administration and the Company thanks BCL for stepping in at short notice to fulfil this role until such time as an alternative solution could be found.
