Update Re Press Comment
Further to our announcement dated 6 November 2009 noting press speculation with regard to the potential acquisition by the Company of a German property portfolio, the Company announces that it is no longer in discussions concerning this potential acquisition.
Discussions terminated after a substantial amount of due diligence and negotiations had been carried out. Accordingly the Company expects that it will incur professional advisory fees (which are the subject of ongoing negotiations) of approximately €1 million in connection with this aborted transaction.
