The Company confirms that Alistair Marks, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius Real Estate, subscribed for 31,537 scrip ordinary shares in respect of the interim dividend for the six month period ending 30 September 2015. The reference price for the scrip dividend was 51.78c. As a result, Alistair Marks now has an interest in 2,187,490 ordinary shares representing 0.29% of the total voting rights.
