Schedule 2(g) update
SigmaRoc (AIM:SRC) announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 23 August 2016, regarding the completion of the subscription to raise £500,000 gross (the "Subscription"), Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and David Barrett, Non-Executive Director of the Company, each acquired 2,083,333 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the Subscription. Details of their respective holdings in the Company are set out below.
