SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that, on 12 February 2018, Steve Roussel, General Manager of Ronez, Guernsey and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Roussel's total interest in the Company is now 19,642 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
