London, 14 June 2024 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), confirms that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") have each purchased ordinary shares in the Company.
David Latin and Martin Copeland, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer ("Chairman & Interim CEO") and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") respectively, each purchased ordinary shares in the Company. Details of the PDMRs who participated in the purchases are as follows:
