Block Listing Application
London, 17 January 2022 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 950,001 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the grant of awards under the Serica Energy 2018 Sharesave Plan. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 21 January 2022.
When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
