Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 13 October 2008, Rudolf van Megen, a director of the Company, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") for 255 pence per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr van Megen and his family have an interest in 4,218,863 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 18.5 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
