Acquisition of Thinksoft completes

The Company is pleased to announce that, following the conclusion of the Tender Offer process in India, the Company has acquired 53.35 per cent. of the issued share capital of Thinksoft. The Acquisition was completed following acceptance by shareholders of Thinksoft representing 0.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of Thinksoft pursuant to the Tender Offer, and the sale by the Founders of additional shares representing 27.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of Thinksoft to SQS.

Defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Company's announcement of 8th November 2013.
