SQS Software Quality Systems AG19 June 2007 SQS Software Quality Systems AG 19th June 2007 SQS Software Quality Systems AG (the 'Company') Director Shareholding The Company announces that on 19th June 2007 Heinz Bons, a director of the Company, has transferred 13,616 Ordinary Shares to employees for nil consideration. Mr Bons held these shares as a trustee on behalf of these employees and had no beneficial interest in the shares. Following this transfer, Mr Bons' interest is 4,228,289 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 22.6 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital. There has been no change in his beneficial interest in the company. The Company also announces that on 19th June 2007 Rudolf van Megen, the Chief Executive Officer, has transferred 65,543 Ordinary Shares to employees for nil consideration. This transfer was executed in accordance with a contract agreed at the time of the Company's flotation on AIM. Mr van Megen held these share onbehalf of these employees in accordance with his contractual obligations and hadno beneficial interest in the shares. Following this transfer, Mr van Megen's interest in the Company is 4,590,191 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 24.6 per cent. of the Company's totalissued ordinary share capital.
