Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc, the thermal energy management and niche pumping specialist, announces that Olivia Qiu, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the Board for personal reasons as of 31 January 2023.

Jamie Pike, Chair of Spirax-Sarco Engineering, said: "On behalf of our shareholders, the Board acknowledges with gratitude Olivia's significant contribution since her appointment. We respect her decision to step back from some of her external commitments at this time and we wish her all the very best for her future".

In line with the succession planning undertaken by the Nomination Committee, we have initiated the process to appoint another Non-Executive Director with the skills and experience required to support the implementation of our strategies in line with our commitments to inclusion and diversity.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
