Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc hereby notifies the market that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 22 ordinary shares of 2525/26 pence each to be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 10th June 2015 and that trading will commence on 11th June 2015.
As a result of the upcoming Share Consolidation, the 22 shares will be gifted to the Spirax-Sarco Engineering Employee Benefit Trust required for providing awards under the Spirax-Sarco Performance Share Plan.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
