LISTING APPLICATION
Application has been made for the listing of 6,913 ordinary shares of 2612/13p each fully paid ("shares") to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of the shares with the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be granted on 6th June 2016, and that dealings will commence on the same day. These shares will be issued as listing for the Employee Share Ownership Plan dividend reinvestment. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
