Dividend record date

In the announcement of the audited results of Spectra for the year ended 31 December 2022, it was stated that "The Board therefore intends to pay an annual dividend of US$0.115 per share on or about June 23, 2023 to shareholders of record as of June 5, 2023." The latter date should have been June 2, 2023.

Hence the above statement should have read "The Board therefore intends to pay an annual dividend of US$0.115 per share on or about June 23, 2023 to shareholders of record as of June 2, 2023."
