Annual General Meeting Postponed
Spectra (AIM: SPSY.L) has recently been made aware that it does not have enough shareholder votes to achieve a quorum at its scheduled Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2015. As such, the Company has postponed the meeting until the New Year.
The Company continues to trade in line with market expectations.
A further announcement concerning the Annual General Meeting will be made in due course.
