Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private, affordable and PRS housing, gives notice that, as at 31 March 2022, the Group's issued share capital consisted of 118,434,567 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each, all with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 118,434,567 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
