Director Shareholding
Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, on 16 March 2021, Michelle Motion, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to her husband, Michael Holm.
Following this transfer, Ms Motion continues to have an interest in 74,2251 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
