Director Share Purchases
Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces the purchase of ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company by directors of the Company and their PCAs as follows:

2 Includes the holdings of Innes Smith's wife, Eilidh Smith.
Further to this, the Company has been notified by Innes Smith that he has purchased, and placed an order to sell, a further 25,836 Ordinary Shares in order to affect an ISA transfer. The sale of these shares is expected to complete in the coming days.
