Sportech PLC20 December 2006 Voting rights and capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of Sportech plc ("the Company") announces that, as at the date of thisannouncement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 592,074,138ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights ("OrdinaryShares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 592,074,138. The above figure of 592,074,138 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders inthe Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determineif they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interestin, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
