Sportech PLC29 September 2005 The following text amends the RNS notification, 9166R, at 07.01 29 September2005. The change is only to the percentage of Sportech's share capital that IanPenrose's share purchase represents which should read "Ian purchased 2,500,000ordinary shares in the company at a price of 8.25p, representing 0.422% of theissued share capital of the company." The corrected version appears below. 29 September 2005 Sportech PLC ("Sportech" or "the Company") Share Dealing Announcement Further to the appointment of Ian Penrose as Chief Executive, who will commenceduties with full-time effect from 1 October 2005, the company wishes to announcethe following transactions. On 27 September 2005, Ian was allocated options over 5,000,000 ordinary shares,with an exercise price of 8.25p per share. These options will exercise, subjectto performance conditions, between three and ten years from the date of grant.
