Directors/PDMR interests in shares
Following Admission of the 58,415,520 Capital Raising Shares to trading on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. this morning, the Company announces the following acquisitions of Capital Raising Shares by directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"). The Capital Raising Shares were issued at an Issue Price of 50 pence per share.
