Director Share Purchase
Sportech, the international betting technology business, announces that the Company has been notified that on 26 April 2018, Richard McGuire, the Non-Executive Chairman of Sportech, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 57 pence each in the Company.
Following the above purchase, Richard McGuire now holds 520,000 Shares representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
