Director Declaration
In accordance with LR 9.6.14R, the Company announces that Mr. Chris Rigg, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Redcentric plc, which is on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 February 2019.
There are no further matters to be disclosed under LR 9.6.14R.
